These boots seem to take quite a while to break in. They start out a bit tight across the wide part of the foot, but they're stretching. They are a fasionable alternative to my lace-ups, while still funtioning as sturdy, protective riding boots. So far they're standing up to daily riding. The dye job was a few shades short of true black, so be prepared for that possibility.

The boot is fine. Wife likes it and says it's very comfortable. The problem I have is with the seller: The Shoe Parlor. This is a horribly run business. They are a remarkable combination of unprofessional, unresponsive, and incompetent. Stay away from them and purchase this boot at any other retailer. You'll thank me in the end.
I have always and will always trust Amazon, and continue to use them. But I will never purchase another item that comes from The Shoe Parlor. Please don't allow my frustration generated from a horrible purchasing experience reflect poorly on Amazon. Just heed my warning and don't do business with The Shoe Parlor.
