Good but runs small March 10, 2010

I bought the black in my normal size 8. Its a really close fit and I wont be able to wear thick socks. But it is really well made and the lining is nice. I really like this boot because its fitted like a regular shoe and my feet don't slide around like they usually do in rain boots.

Although they don't look quite as slim as the rain boot in the picture, they are very cute. They are also lighter than the numerous pair of rubber boots I've had. The fit is also much better--they don't slide off of your foot or clap against your leg. I like that they are VERY fitted, but they are a little bit tight in the ball of the foot (a good trade off because that's what makes them not slide around your foot). I wear a 7.5 shoe and got an 8 boot. They fit perfect in the foot and calf, although I can only wear leggings and regular socks with them (skinny jeans or winter socks would make them too tight). If you have a bigger calf or like wearing thick socks/jeans with boots, get 1-1.5 sizes up. In terms of traction, they don't slide around on the rainy/snowy street. I can also walk up and down stairs with ease (often hard with ill fitting rubber boots).

It's little expensive than other boots, but it is worth.
You had better to take one size bigger than you wear.
