 Beautiful, good price, but hard on your feet June 18, 2010

These boots are very nice, and fit true to size. They do keep your legs warm as well
however, negatives:
1) no cushioning whatsoever. Can't do a lot of walking in these shoes as they will KILL your feet
2) owned them for about a month and done a fair amount of walking in them. already see signs of wearing away -- very small detachment of sole from shoe, but not very noticeable.
3) if you intend to wear thick socks (for more warmth or cushioning) buy one size up. there is NO other way. I doubt I can even comfortably fit a dr. scholls in there. I can only wear thin socks.
all in all, a beautiful, cheap shoe, but you do get what you pay for!! for the price alone is why I don't have regrets, otherwise I'd probably want to invest in something much more comfortable

I have these boots in gray, and they are great. They are light and comfortable. The suede is excellent quality and soft. I sprayed mine with waterproof suede protector, and they have lasted me one winter.

I really love these boots. Fit great true to size, Just tight in the calf. I am small 5'1 120 lbs I do not have big calves.But they are tight. Hoping they will stretch as worn. Got them in grey, really nice boot.

These boots were a steal. I had watched the price go down and couldn't resist any longer. I will wear them proudly every winter. My friend owns the same pair but paid over $100 for hers in a department store. Good things come to those who wait.
Disappointing April 7, 2010

When I received these boots, I was very happy with their appearance. The fabric was soft and the size of the actual shoe appeared accurate. I was very disappointed, however, to find that I could not get them on at all! I have muscular calves and these just would not fit over my foot and calf. So, if you have muscular calves AT ALL, do not order these - it'll just be disappointing. I find this inability to fit muscularity in calves a trend for Steve Madden shoes and boots. A shame, considering how attractive the footwear is.
