Traded up from a Columbia boot that did not keep my wife's feet warm. A lot of time in hockey rinks, so a great boot with solid sole was needed. I knew the boot would be great since I have a pair and bought a pair for my Dad a while back. He realized immediately it was a huge improvement over the old work boots. Don't change this boot design!

I love these boots. I got the black/stone and couldn't be happier. I wear a size 6 and that's what I ordered. They are a little big, so I wear an extra pair of thick socks. When you first wear them they do feel a bit like ski boots, but I'm confident that they will get better with wear and I expect to have them for many years to come.

I of course got my boots the day the snow melted (waited too long to order!) I did however wear them in big puddles and the cold and they were great. Trick: Put on foot covers THEN put on boots. MUCH easier. :) Highly recommend them. I fit an 11W or a european size 42 and they were perfect in the size 11. A bit big but comfortable and wide enough which is what I needed. Thank you!

The Caribou seems to be a great boot. Very comfortable. I agree that it is a bit clunky! Not a form fitting boot, but I bought it for serious weather. I'm a size 8 and the boot in size 8 fits fine.

Experiencing record snowfall here in the Mid Atlantic states I bought these boots for my wife. Unfortunately her 77 yr. old feet are so swollen she couldn't even get these size 10's on (she used to wear size 9 so I thought 10 would work). Even 11's would've been too small. It was with great regret I returned these wonderful winter boots.
