My daughter had bought a pair of the Minnetonka boots in brown and loved them so much, I decided to give her a pair in black for Christmas. Her Navajo co-workers admired them and asked where they could buy them. My daughter joked that Minnetonka should pay her for advertising their great product.

These boots are awesome. I bought them about a year ago and I'm so happy that I did. These are quite shorter than the taller ones, but I think that's better if you are short like me (5'2"), and they fit true to size. I love the color and the fringe. You can wear these with pretty much anything. I overcame the problem of stepping on the beads by using a double knot instead of a single one. These are definitely not cold weather or water-proof boots. They are better for fall or spring. I have received many compliments and as usual, I am happy with my Minnetonka purchase.

I just got these yesterday & they are exactly what I expected after seeing the photos. I ordered the black ones and I am very pleased. I already own a pair of soft-sole, low-ankle brown moccasins made by the same company that I purchased at a pow-wow a couple years back. they're comfortable & too cute!
